Troubleshooting

The car turns on but will not drive, how do I fix this?

This problem may result from several factors. First please check that the car is unable to drive using both the remote control and manual mode with the battery fully charged.

If only Manual mode does not work please check all wire connections to ensure motors and pedals are connected properly.

If only R/C mode does not work please use new batteries in the remote and check that the remote is paired using the manual for your car.

If both modes do not work this may indicate the battery does not have enough power to drive the car. For more information please contact our support team using the contact form on our website.

The car does not charge, what is wrong?

If the capacity of the battery has been lowered through age or incorrect battery maintenance the charger will not be able to charge the battery, and will show with the light on the charger turning red briefly then returning to green when plugged in to the car. If the charger light only remains green that indicates the charger does not connect to the battery, please check all connections in car. If the charger light does not turn on this will indicate the charger may need to be replaced. For more information please contact our support team using the contact form on our website.

The car shuts off while driving, what is the cause of this?

If the car shuts off completely and resets the thermal fuse has tripped. This can be the result of too much power draw on the battery, this could trigger if the car is carrying or pulling too much weight or if the car is being driven up hill or over rough terrain. Please reduce weight in car and drive on flat surface to ensure car is operating normally.

If the car stops driving but remains on the battery is too low on power. Discontinue use and charge immediately, if the problem persists this may indicate a new battery is needed for the car.

For further assistance please contact our support team using the contact form on our website.
